Our Story
Firestorm Heaters is a British company that began as a weekend project between father-and-son team, Steve and Zac Morris – during the 2021 lockdown, when we found ourselves with unexpected time and a desire to create something practical, sustainable, and built to last.
That’s how our unique wood pellet patio heater was born. Our first real test came at the Malvern Autumn Show in South West UK, where we launched the heater without knowing what to expect; the response was incredible, and after selling over 100 units in just three days, we knew we had created something special. That early success pushed us to keep refining the design, improving heat output, efficiency, clean burning, and aesthetics through hundreds of prototypes. Our goal was simple but challenging: to create a clean-burning, smoke-free heater with a striking spiral flame. With each iteration, we learned more about airflow, combustion, and design until we achieved a product that is efficient, beautiful, and truly unique.
By 2023, our hard work was recognised with GLEE Awards for both Best of British and Best Product in our category.
Today, every Firestorm Heater is proudly 100% British designed and made, handcrafted here in the UK – something we place a huge emphasis on – as we continue to build a business rooted in innovation, craftsmanship, and family values.
