Warranty

The Firestorm Phoenix Heater is covered by a limited 3-year warranty from the date of purchase.

This warranty applies to defects in materials and workmanship affecting the mechanical function of the heater under normal use and service conditions.

During the warranty period, the manufacturer will, at its discretion:

• Repair defective components, or
• Replace the product or defective parts

This coverage applies strictly to issues impacting the operational/mechanical performance of the heater.

This warranty does not cover:

1. Exterior surface finish (including paint, coating, or cosmetic wear)
2. Glass fibre tape (spares are available on this site)
3. Glass tube (spares are available on this site)
4. Damage caused by misuse, neglect, improper installation, or unauthorised modifications
5. Normal wear and tear
6. Damage caused by environmental conditions

To be eligible for warranty service:

1. Proof of purchase must be provided
2. The product must have been installed and used in accordance with manufacturer guidelines
3. No unauthorised repairs or alterations must have been made

To make a warranty claim:

1. Email warranty@firestormheaters.com with proof of purchase and a description of the issue
2. Provide photographs or videos if requested
3. Follow instructions for inspection, repair, or return

The manufacturer shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of use or inconvenience
• Costs associated with installation, removal, reinstallation, or shipping to or from Firestorm Heaters.

This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.
